Stephanie Gausch serves as the Chief Development Officer at Weld Food Bank, overseeing all fundraising, marketing, and volunteer efforts.  In her over 15 year tenure, Stephanie has more than tripled WFB’s philanthropic giving and helped grow food distribution programs capable of feeding 1 in 4 Weld County neighbors.  Stephanie has a Masters in Nonprofit Management and has spent the last 25 years working to strengthen and build the nonprofit community’s impact in Northern Colorado.
