Tom Parko is the CEO of Spruance Consulting, a veteran-owned business specializing in assisting businesses with land use entitlement and required permits before business operation. Tom has over 20 years of professional planning experience in the public sector with twelve years in Weld County as the Director of Planning Services.

Tom Parko served his country in the United States Navy on USS O’Brien DD-975. He received his finance degree at Western State University and his masters of Public Administration at the University of Colorado.
